Please allow approximately 1 hour 30 minutes for your first appointment. We will discuss your health concerns and then work through all your body's systems to obtain a complete picture of where you are on your health journey. Following this, we will discuss your treatment plan and decide which form(s) of herbal medicine will be most appropriate for you.

Your bespoke prescription will be created after any required research into your condition and any possible interactions with existing medication. Your medicine will therefore need to be collected, delivered or posted on a separate occasion.
